Over 100,000 of the 373,675 families affected by Tropical Storm Ondoy (international name Ketsana) is appealing from the Citizens’ Disaster Response Center for assistance. But because of very limited resources, CDRC cannot cater to all the these families. CDRC is now enjoining everyone to pitch in and extend whatever resources they could.
