Graduation Ceremony for Community Health Workers in Negros

2 July 2016 – After a series of health trainings facilitated by the Negros Island Health Integrated Program (NIHIP), a total of 30 receive their certificates of completion from the Center for People’s Resources and Services () and in a ceremony held in Hacienda Ylanan, Brgy. Sta. Rosa, town of Murcia in Negros Occidental.

Each hacienda also received a set of medical supplies and equipment to be used by the CHWs for their services to the community.

and (ADH) continue to support these typhoon Yolanda-affected communities in Negros through its project Improving and Disaster Response Capacities in Typhoon-Affected Communities in Negros Occidental, Mindoro Occidental and Iloilo, Philippines.
