CDRC, together with Ilocos Center for Research, Empowerment and Development (ICRED), conducted relief delivery operations in La Union for the communities affected by Typhoon Pepeng (Parma). This effort was supported by the German Humanitarian Aid and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe.
