The Southern Tagalog People’s Response Center (STPRC), CDRC’s regional partner, conducted a Damage Needs and Capacities Assessment in Jala-jala, Rizal and Victoria, Laguna after the monsoon rains.  Residential areas and farms were inundated by flood waters, which may take a while before waters subside (it took two months in the case of TS Ketsana in 2009).
