CDRC and STPRC, through the support of Caritas Switzerland, Caritas Austria, Caritas Luxembourg, Caritas Germany and Swiss Solidarity, delivered relief packs to 94 families in Victoria, Laguna. The Southwest Monsoon rains left people’s farms and houses completely flooded.
