The first three weeks of our Relief Delivery Operations for Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) have so far reached 13 provinces — Leyte, Samar, Eastern Samar, Mindoro Occidental, Mindoro Oriental, Palawan,  Cebu, Capiz, Iloilo, Aklan, Bacolod, Negros Occidental and Masbate.
