Over 600,000 people affected by Southwest Monsoon and Tropical Storm Maring
More than 600,000 people are now affected by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm Maring (Trami), the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Tuesday. Typhoon Labuyo destroys houses, crops in Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya
