Tropical Storm Ondoy (international name Ketsana) lashed over Metro Manila and parts of Luzon after it made landfall near the boundary of Aurora and Quezon Saturday morning, September 26. The following day, CDRC immediately conducted a Disaster Needs and Capacities Assessment. These photos were taken around Metro Manila during the rapid assessment conducted by the CDRC team.
