The Citizens’ Disaster Response Center Foundation, Inc. joins its regional center, Alay Bayan-Luson, Inc. (#ABI), in its call for justice for the four #farmers killed inside the disputed 3,100-hectare Fort Magsaysay Military Reservation in #Nueva Ecija last Sept. 3, 2016.
The casualties were Gaudencio Bagalay, Emerenciana “Baby” Mercado-dela Cruz, Violeta Mercado-de Leon and Eligio Barbado. They were all from Barangay Bagting. Dela Cruz and de Leon were Disaster Preparedness Organization (DPO) members.
