Because children are at their most vulnerable during disasters, the Citizens’ Disaster Response Center (CDRC) and UNICEF address children’s issues and rights and ensure their participation in disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) through their child-centred DRRM project in Northern Samar and Palawan.
