The CARAGA Region was one of the areas hardest-hit by Typhoon Pablo/Bopha. CDRC’s Regional Center, the Bread for Emergency Assistance and Development (BREAD), was one of the first NGOs to respond to the emergency. Six barangays in Hinatuan and one barangay in Linging, Surigao del Sur received relief packs funded by Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe.
